Children’s Health Care recommends immunizations based on guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Please visit the CDC website for detailed information.
Based on the above recommendations, this is CHCs immunizations schedule. Please note there will be visits that do not have immunizations that are important for monitoring growth and development.
2, 4 and 6 months : Rotateq, Pediarix, HIB, Prevnar13
12 months: Prevnar 13 and Hepatitis A
14 months: DTaP, HIB, MMR
18 months: Varivax, Hepatitis A
5 years: Kinrix, Proquad
11-12 years: Menactra, TdaP, Gardasil (Gardasil will require 1 booster if under age 15, 2 boosters if over)
16-18: MenB (booster 6 months later)
We also recommend yearly flu vaccination.
